At the heart of the unique Professional+ FXP is a divider panel, which splits the oven cavity in two offering you the choice of either a huge 108 litres of cooking space or a truly practical 49 litre oven. Inspired by Rangemaster's popular Professional+ design, this modern range cooker is bursting with features including:Energy Saving Panel. Designed to be easy to use and store, the ESP has been developed to offer total flexibility. When in place the ESP automatically switches the area to compact mode, creating a fully functioning 49 litre cavity with 7 cooking functions, leaving the left hand cavity for warming serving dishes and plates using residual heat. With Energy consumption being a prime concern the ESP is ideal, vastly reducing heat-up time and requiring less energy to run than the full oven. Outstanding Capacity. In full-oven mode the Professional+ FX delivers an impressive 108 cubic litre capacity - making it one of the largest ovens in Europe. With twin fans to ensure even cooking throughout there is room to cook the largest of dishes. Teppan Yaki Style Griddle. Cook healthy food Japanese-style with the unique Teppan yaki style griddle plate that fits snugly over the burners. The 'splashback' sides of the griddle protect the hotplate from foodsplashes, while a fat-draining channel at the front ensures healthier meals. When not in use the hotplate can be converted back into a 5 burner hob in seconds using the additional pan support supplied.
